Spirit of..

Away from Jestorie and Sourie'Vel lies another trail heading another direction than the one they had told you about. Straining your eyes down it you can just make out a garden of sorts. But closer you see a mare that awfully reminds you of one of the Painted Unicorns on the other side of the Meadow.

Making the decision to visit the garden at a later time, you approach the green mare. She gives a little smile at you and raises green eyes to meet yours. "Gam'cha.."

Something in her soft greeting makes you look at her more closely. There's a shadow in her eyes that you didn't notice earlier. "I am Tez'Joiye, Holiday Joy. Even though Jestorie was the first of our kind to come to this realm, I am the oldest. I had.. previously lived in another realm."

Tez'Joiye pauses; and as the silence lengthens you realize that she wasn't going to say anything else anytime soon.

A chiming of jingle bells turns your attention from the now silent mare.

It's a little fuzzy stallion festoned with bells, ribbons, and holly. How cute! He prances to Tez'Joiye and whispers something in her ear you weren't able to catch, before turning to you.

"Hello, hello!" He says quite perky, quite a contrast to the mare. "I'm Cres'donna," He gives a shake and the bells chime again. "And unsuprisingly it means 'Jingle Bells'. Very fitting, no?" You nod at that. "Tez'Joiye was quite gracious in letting us live with her. We weren't sure if she would prefer to be alone like the other.."

The last sentence goes by you unheard as your mind picked something out. 'Us'? There was another Crystal here? You ask him your question. With a whinny, Cres'donna nods. "Yes there is. If you look next to Tez'Joiye, you'll see him right next to her. But visitor, why didn't you see him before hand?"

Ma'tri'Kabiy

Ignoring the teasing tone from Cres'donna, you blink at the golden Crystal grinning up at you. Most likely the two were having a joke at your expense.

"Glad you finally noticed me visitor! I was beginning to feel a little lonely." Cres'donna snorts and Tez'Joiye simple shakes her head.

"Ma'tri'Kabiy is my name," The little stallion says happily. "Heart of Gold." The mare smiles once again, this time more open.

For a moment you think he was named for his coat's color, but watching him around the green mare you realize it was an apt description of his personality.

Mezirine'kik

A stocky black stallion calmly walks a short distance away from the group you're in. He nods in your direction once as continues onto whatever place he was headed.

"That was Mezirine'kik," The fuzzy stallion tell you. "He's rather distant, well, at least compared to Ma'tri'Kabiy and myself. But he gets along wonderfully with Tez'Joiye and Mentant."

As you wonder who this Mentant is, Ma'tri'Kabiy cuts in. "If you ever get the chance visitor, you should watch him dance. It's something entirely else."
