This sheet of paper has information on the breeding pairs of the forest as well as information on breeding. You realize that this is an important piece of paper to read.

There are three mated pairs of the forest. They are Merien & Riela, Kitien & Jullen, and Lowlyn & Graclyn. The rest of the Jey'iens form groups with one male, and up to seven females. They tend to leave their eggs scattered around the forests. Hence wild clutches.

The offspring of the mated pairs exhibit characteristics of the parents. Those present in both parents are usual passed on. Those present in only one parent has a 50% chance of being passed on or not. Things such as coat and mane color usually follow what the parents look like. The wild clutches follow the same pattern as above, but since there is little know about their parents, anything could show up in their offspring. One final thing. Due to the magical nature of this forest, all Jey'ien are mutated to a degree. What matters is how much, and what will be passed on.

After reading that helpful bit of information you wonder what the three mated pairs look like. As if in response to your thoughts, you hear the snapping of twigs to the right and turn to look. There they are, in a small clearing.
