Marzipan

Following a marker, you make your way between a small orchard. Beyond that lies another clearing. There a green stallion lounges lazily next to a large stone cairn. He looks you up and down, then begins chewing on something held between his paws. It looks like a sweet of some kind.

But the sweet quickly dissapears, and the stallion manages to rise to his paws even faster. Most likely breaking a few rules of physics in the process.

With a final bounce he opens his eyes-- and almost seems startled to see you standing there watching him. After several rapid blinks he gives you a huge grin.

"Don't mind Marzipan," A familiar voice tells you. "He gets awfully hyper if he gets too much candy at one." You turn to see the realm's keeper valiently trying not to let her smile break out into laughter. "He's a C'bana, the first of his kind to live here. There's another two that have arrived recently."

With a small smile yourself, you mentally place the sweet almond scent. It's marzipan candy.

Carley and Birth

The realm keeper winks at you. "Look behind," She says. Turning you see two mares, as different as can be slowly approaching.

One of them, a brown appy festoned with bracelets of many colors, stops just short of the two of you. A bright gold blur shots out of the sky and lands on a grey rock nearby.

"That's Carley," Your companion imforms you, "And the gold mini dragon is Birth. Those two arrived together and are rarely found far apart."

Pulibuyae

Birth chirps. "And I can't forget the other newcomer." The keeper tells you. "Pulibuyae is very sweet." You smile at the striped purple mare. "And so is Carley. Both are older than Marzipan, and much more mellow.

A breeze stirs the pinked-nosed mare's wings, sending bits of white fluff into the air. "I had never remembered seeing wings on a C'bana before Pulibuyae. So it was a bit of a supirse when I first saw her."

~ Marzipan as a colt. Not so hyper then!
